The acquisition of your flight booking constitutes a written agreement between the traveler(s), the buyer(s), and Airlines Information LLC , according to the rules and regulations as follows:
LUGGAGE FEES: Additional costs for luggage may apply. Contact your traveling proprietor or reference its website for further information.
FLIGHT AGENT: Airlines Information LLC , dba Amtrack.vaccationtrip.com,does not own or operate independent service providers and performs solely as a flight agent. Airlines Information LLC sells flight-related products and goods in partnership with various transportation and service providers. Airlines Information LLC has direct contracts with major airlines that enables us to book or change your flight.
Airlines Information LLC holds no responsibility for these accommodations, nor does Airlines Information LLC have authority to make any warranty or representation concerning their standard. Travel bookings are subject to policies set forth by these flight service suppliers. The individual proprietor is liable for legal recourse, not Airlines Information LLC .
PERTINENT CONDITIONS: Costs are subject to increase before you make full payment. Costs will not increase after you make full payment, with the exception of fees resulting from rises in taxes or fees, and you acknowledge your acceptance of these policies relevant to your purchase.
ANNULMENT: Take into consideration that most flight bookings cannot be refunded and that annulled bookings will include charges. These charges can be the flight booking’s total price, whether the flight took place or did not take place. If Airlines Information LLC incurs any culpability for an annulment cost for any booking that you annul, you acknowledge that you agree to hold Airlines Information LLC free of that cost.
Travel booking cancellation is required sixty days before departure unless otherwise expressed. Some services require full payment at the time of the travel booking. Payment methods accepted by Airlines Information LLC include debit and credit cards. If you wish Airlines Information LLC to charge your credit or debit card, you may be obligated to read and sign a credit card charge form.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PURCHASES: If any flighting service supplier cannot provide the agreed upon consented services, the service provider bears responsibility, not Airlines Information LLC . If Airlines Information LLC received credit or debit card payment, you acknowledge that you will not look to chargeback your payment to Airlines Information LLC .
If your debit or credit card has commenced through to the flighting service supplier and you look to chargeback your payment from the supplier, you agree to be held responsible. You will not seek to hold Airlines Information LLC accountable for this chargeback from the supplier. Airlines Information LLC is held free and clear of any air debit memos charged to Airlines Information LLC .
If Airlines Information LLC incurs any costs, including legal counseling fees, to reclaim payments charged back by your credit or debit card provider, you agree that you will be held responsible for these fees. If the credit or debit card is declined, you acknowledge that you will satisfy any fees owed to Airlines Information LLC by cash or money order.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Airlines Information LLC recommends that you acquire flight annulment and flight accident insurance. However, Airlines Information LLC ’s description of its insurance policy to you does not establish an agreement or promise concerning the insurance.
Airlines Information LLC is not an insurance provider and is not liable for any submission, disbursement, or insurance claims adjustment. Any insurance petition that may fall under the flighting insurance policy must be processed through the insurance provider outlined in the insurance policy.
MISCELLANEOUS COSTS: Additional costs and charges that cannot be collected prior to travel can be locally charged by travel providers, such as hotels and car rental companies.
OBLIGATION: Airlines Information LLC ’s primary objective is to ensure your flighting arrangements are to your complete satisfaction. However, Airlines Information LLC and its partners do not own or operate establishments that supply services related to your flight. All of Airlines Information LLC ’s partners work as independent contractors and are not affiliated with our business entity or any of Airlines Information LLC ’s affiliates.
ACCOUNTABILITY: You acknowledge that Airlines Information LLC will not be held liable for any acts of negligence of any third-party entity. Furthermore, you acknowledge that Airlines Information LLC will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or death. Airlines Information LLC will not be held accountable for any postponement.
Airlines Information LLC shall not be held responsible for any hindrance to an individual or an individual’s physical property regarding the arrangement of any products or accommodations resulting from illness, acts of God, civil unrest, or terroristic acts of any nature.
You acknowledge that Airlines Information LLC shall not be held liable for any criminal activity, accommodation reduction, overbooking, mechanical breakdown, or any other failure regarding airlines or other avenues of transportation. Conjunctionally, Airlines Information LLC shall not be held responsible for any transportation apparatus’s timely departure or arrival.
Additionally, offshore amenities such as heat and air conditioning apparatuses in traveling lodges, trains, or busses may not meet the United States’ standard codes or measures. Suppose due to conflicting schedules, inclement weather, or other factors beyond control, and you are required to invest additional time. In that case, you will be responsible for your lodging, transfers, and food costs.
Luggage is completely at the luggage owner’s risk. Although Airlines Information LLC ’s name and likeness may be attached to motor vehicles, signs, and elsewhere, Airlines Information LLC ’s name and likeness are used for identification purposes only and do not in any way express Airlines Information LLC ’s ownership.
Flight prices are based on rates at the time of printing and are subject to fluctuate at any time, without prior notice. Under situations where accountability cannot be eliminated, such responsibility is limited to the flight’s purchase cost. You acknowledge that Airlines Information LLC shall not be held liable for any losses or damages of consequence.
TRAVEL PERMITS: All persons traveling outside of the United States of America are required to possess a legitimate passport. Please make sure that your passport is authentic for six months beyond your expected flighting time. You are responsible for making sure that you possess legitimate traveling documents, including passports, visas, and other pertinent traveling permits.
Traveling documents are required to meet the standards set forth by immigration officials and other government officials at all destinations. You are responsible for certifying travel documents with the United States of America’s State Department. Conjunctionally, you are responsible for approving travel documents with government agencies to which you are flighting to establish the requirements for visas and other requirements for entrance to your landing place.
You are responsible for any acquired costs, forfeitures, or penalties resulting from travel documents not meeting government agencies’ requirements.
IDENTIFICATION: As of October 1, 2021, if you wish to fly within the United States using your state-issued identification or license, it is required that all state-issued identification and licenses are REAL ID compliant. Please refer to your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles, or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id if you are unsure if your identification is REAL ID compliant.
TRANSIT DOCUMENTS: Transit documents consist of air passenger carrier tickets, lodging vouchers, travel certificates, or any other evidentiary travel record used to authenticate an arrangement with a service supplier.
Transit documents can be subject to certain specifications and stipulations, such as being non-reimbursable. Other restrictions may include the inability to change dates on travel documents. Furthermore, travel documents are subject to cancellation and cannot be used by any other person.
All air passenger carrier tickets are required to be issued in the name of the authorized identification holder. Any unauthorized name on a booking renders the booking canceled and unusable. You will be held accountable for any discrepancies in names, dates, and scheduling on your documentation if Airlines Information LLC is not notified at the time of the booking.
Airlines Information LLC strongly suggests you reconfirm your flights twenty-four hours before departure.
HEALTH AND SPECIALIZED PROVISIONS: You must ensure that you are conscious of any health specifications, health notices, or health transit constraints relevant to your flightdestination. It is your responsibility to make sure that you possess all documents related to vaccinations. Airlines Information LLC is not obligated to supply you with this material.
Transit carriers and local officials at flight stops may require specialized testing before boarding and at the time of arrival at your flighting visit. Specialized testing may include temperature checks due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
You acknowledge that you may not be allowed entry onto your carrier based on specialized testing results. Conjunctionally, based on specialized testing results, you may not be permitted entry at your destination, and you may be required to self-quarantine at your flight stop. You may be required to self-quarantine upon your return to the United States.
You are required to adhere to local government policies.
You shall be held responsible for additional prospective fees associated with the results from specialized testing.
Airlines Information LLC strongly suggests that you refer to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s available information before your flight and during your flight. General information can be obtained by visiting www.cdc.gov.
FLIGHT VERIFICATION: Airlines Information LLC strongly advises that travelers affirm the correct flight times with the carrier before departure. Airline passengers are obligated to check in at least two hours before departure for intercontinental flights. Furthermore, Airlines Information LLC strongly advises airline passengers to check in at least three hours before departure time for international flights and should report to the gate a half-hour before the scheduled departure time.
Failure to adhere to Flys’ advisor recommendations may cause your seat’s forfeiture to another passenger.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT: Some countries are obligated to spray the aircraft with insecticide before flight departure or while you are occupying the airline carrier. Federal law states that Airlines Information LLC refers airline passengers to the Department of Transportation disinfection website at https:www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray.
REJECTION OF SERVICE: Service suppliers hold the right to reject service to flights at the discretion of the service provider. The service provider maintains the right to refuse service if the traveler is under the influence of controlled substances, does not possess adequate documentation required for entrance into the target country, or behaves in an unbecoming manner. Airlines Information LLC shall not bear liability as a result of a service supplier refusing service.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY: Airlines Information LLC is dedicated to guarding the privacy of your individual information and considers your personal information as classified information.
COMPUTERIZED OR TRANSCRIBED SIGNATURE: You acknowledge that both you and Airlines Information LLC agree that your electronic signature or handwritten signature constitutes your acceptance to all of Airlines Information LLC ’s expressed terms and conditions. You duly acknowledge that your consent is expressed through your actions. Actions will include your payment of the manifest and your utilization of the services supplied by Airlines Information LLC and all other service providers relevant to your booking.
All such means shall be considered acknowledgment and procurement of this contract and shall be acceptable to bind the parties to this contract’s specifications.
JURISDICTION: Without conflict with federal laws and their principles, the manifestation, validity, and execution of these specifications and any conflicts of interest relevant to the involved parties shall operate in accordance with the state of Florida’s laws. Both parties shall work in conjunction with the state of Florida’s jurisdiction regarding any legal proceedings concerning these specifications.
SPECIFICATIONS OF USE: Thank you for your patronization of Amtrack.vaccationtrip.com. Apply this document as the binding terms of use, in conjunction with any associated websites, organizations, operations, insurance broker and commissioner services, all communication avenues, and other services Airfare Flights supplies.
